To make the transition to living and studying in Australia much easier, we provide student support every step of the way.
Before you arrive
Book your room and know your address before coming to Australia. This means you can go straight from the airport to your accommodation as soon as you arrive.
When you arrive
We offer an ‘arrivals service’ where we help you settle in during those first couple of days. You’ll also meet with your local onsite Resident Director who will give you your Welcome Pack. This handy pack contains vital information about living and studying in Australia.
Your Welcome Pack includes:
- Information on what you need to do to get started at university
- Campus and city maps
- Lists of things to see and do around your Australian host city
- A public transport bus pass with timetable information
- Important phone numbers and essential information
During your semester
Even though you arrive in Australia on your own, we guarantee you’ll leave with more friends. We place you with other international students who are ready to experience Australia in the same way you are. Think of it as a ready-made social network.
Your onsite Resident Director is also available to help throughout the semester. If you have any maintenance issues, all you need to do is call them and they’ll take care of everything. You’ll never have to call the real estate or fix an issue on your own.
